In training for track season and 2 mile race in May. (every time is 8 hours slow)

Warmed up with 1000m jog. Then did two 1200m splits with 200m jog between them. Warmed down with 800m jog. I forgot the first 1200m split but the second one was round 3.47 ish. Distance might have been off but was running quick anyway. Felt slight tightness in my right thigh. Going to strectch that out.
